-The bowls are beautiful decorative and functional. There are 7 coats of clear finish on the wood bowls and wood vases so you are seeing the beauty of the wood. There are 5 coats ot Tung oil to help seal the wood and bring out its natural color. The last 2 coats are Wipe on Poly all coats are hand rubed in.
